CTREX

CTREX is actually an acronym for a project that was proposed to the National Science Foundation in April of 2005, but did not recieve funding. Rather than scrap the idea, we choose to reserve the URL for a later time. The proposal was prepared by the Mediatech Foundation, a non-profit 501 c (3) organization.
